Vacation rentals with lake access in Wellfleet

We loved Joe's place. The house is located in a clean, quiet and spacious community within reasonable drives to areas of Cape Cod that matter. Both Joe and Steven are amazing hosts. They treat you like friends, always willing to offer local advice. We had an issue that required Joe to come over to take a look and he was over in minutes. We definitely consider coming back next year.

Tracy was extremely responsive and her home comfortably hosted our party of 14 with its spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and living space. The yard games and water sport equipment was icing on the cake with the property being a very walkable distance from the pond.

Great spot. Follins Pond is fantastic for kayaking and paddle boarding and provides awesome sunset views from the back porch. "The Pearl" gives off spa like vibes when you walk into calm music and good smells. Very clean and plenty of room. The sauna is a great touch in making it feel like a mini resort. Adrianna and Tara provided great resources on the go to spots in the area. Highly recommend!

We attended a wedding at the Ocean Edge Resort and we found Paige's home to be convenient to the venue and activities and a great alternative to staying on property. The home was clean and neat and had everything we needed. The weather turned out beautiful so we took full advantage of the outdoor space. I would highly recommend Paige's home to anyone who likes to be close to the beach, restaurants and golf, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

Susan and Gerry's place is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean, modern, well equipped and is in a beautiful setting. Their home is in a central place that allows you to access all the sites that the Cape has to offer. It is to get to the quaint town of Sandwich or access the wonderful beaches of the National Seashore. They provide a beach pass that allows free access to some of these beaches. Their home is a quiet setting with access to walking trails and a local pond with beach access. This is our second year at their home and we are looking forward to spending time next year. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. A perfect location if you want to explore everything the cape has to offer. Our host was attentive and very attuned to what her guests would need.

We have stayed in several places in Cape Cod and the Brewster area and this was one of the best. House was great and very well equipped. AC in the main bedroom was very quiet which is a rarity so we loved that. The location is excellent - very close to the Rail Trail which gives quick access to Cobie’s, JT’s, bookstore and Ocean Edge (which now opens their front lawn for food, drinks and games!). We spent a lot of time at the lake which is incredibly beautiful and very quiet - it’s a short walk but you can also drive and park easily in case you have heavy things to take. The kids (9 and 10), loved it all as well- especially the lake and the “very comfy couch” :)

Fabulous! An extraordinary historic home that is filled with fascinating antiques and an incredible history. Sited adjacent to a gorgeous pond, located a short walk from historic Sandwich village, and within easy access of local attractions and restaurants. This is truly special. The owners are kind, helpful and responsive - and their carefully restored home is just exceptional.

We are already planning to return next year. This house was magical - the big open main room space with a lovely view of the pond was so relaxing to be in, we didn't want to leave. But the opportunity for our dog, Rooster, to go swimming steps from the house was a powerful draw to head outside. This is an area for people who like their privacy, nature and a quick walk to pristine and wild beaches. The simple-but-well appointed kitchen is perfect for spending time apart from the hustle and bustle of the outside world and enjoying good meals and great meals. Provincetown was :30 away and two great cafes (one French and the other the Salty Market) were about :15 away.

The condo is perfectly lovely and spacious for 2 people. Modern kitchen, very comfortable king sized bed. It’s conveniently located to anything worth doing in town but still far enough from the noisy areas. We’re definitely planning of staying here again!

Loved staying here for long weekend with my dog. Accomodations were clean, quiet, comfortable. Tina was very helpful and friendly. Location was peaceful yet close to many restaurants, walking trails, the beach. We would love to stay again!

As soon as I walked into Carol’s place, I felt right at home. In fact, I was sad I couldn’t stay longer. Dennis is a great centrally located area on the Cape (next to many great restaurants and a supermarket). The cottage itself is in a quiet neighborhood right in front of Flax Pond (great for kayaking). It was well stocked with amenities and things to do I could just spend all day there. Carol was friendly and responsive. I would book at the Compass Rose Cottage again!

This charming and intimate cottage made for a very comfortable weekend in Cape Cod. Heidi was very helpful along the way. Would stay again! Only notes would be that listed price did not include the cost of linen rental, and that a larger sized guest might not be comfortable here due to the narrow kitchen & bathroom (understandable characteristics for an old house!)

My wife and I stayed at May's place while visiting family on Cape Cod. As described, it's a cozy little cottage, which was just what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood. Most of our time was spent on the delightful patio. A short night-time walk to the pond was exceptional with moon light reflecting off the water. Next time we're on the Cape, we definitely return.

Lily's place was perfect for our annual family vacation. A great location with everything we needed for a wonderful week long stay!

First, Art was great to work with: near immediate helpful responses. The home is as described but still bigger than we imagined. Second was the location: right on Sands pond with a dock and boats we could use. It's on the end of a cul de sac with direct access to hiking trails and cranberry bogs that the dog (and us) really appreciated! Easy access to all Cape attractions - you can't go wrong with picking this home for your Cape experience!

Don and Jennifer were wonderful hosts! My friends and I wanted a cozy and quiet weekend at Cape Cod and their cabin was lovely and charming! Don was very responsive and was very quick to answer any questions we had, along with providing us with suggestions for activities during our trip! They made us feel very welcome and we would definitely love to come back to the cabin if my friends and I return to Cale Cod!

My fiancé and I had a truly wonderful stay at the cottage! The place was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and full of charm. It was the perfect stay for our anniversary! The host, Andrew was amazing and super responsive! He had amazing recs for local places to try and things to do in the neighborhood!
