Monthly Rentals in Wellsburg

The place was nice. It did have a toilet a bit higher than normal in the bathroom but it worked for me. The place was nice and it had a feel that it was originally designed for a different purpose, but it has interesting charm now. I originally had planned staying at a hotel west of this location but I had an issue with the hotel and stayed here instead. I will say that I felt much safer here and the bed is so comfortable that I had the best nights sleep in a week. I travel past this area occasionally and if I need a place to stay I will definitely stay again

Tracie is an great host the apartment was clean and private. The place was kelp clean and felt like home . I highly recommend staying here . I have enjoyed my stay .

Very nice safe and clean place

Kendra is friendly and a very quick responder when messaged. She was very flexible when we asked for a later checkout time. Kendra‘s house is the nicest house on the block. It is a super convenient location just 10 minutes or less to the university and lots of restaurants in the area. The towels were soft, clean, and fresh. The shower head was amazing. The house was cozy and clean. The on-street parking is really tight and the one way street very narrow so we were not always to park directly in front of the house. There’s no off street parking except a very steep rough driveway in the back which we did not attempt to use because it was rainy and we didn’t want to get stuck. Overall, it was a great value and a pleasant stay.
