In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us.

Experience our cosy Tiny House in Scharten, Upper Austria - ideal for 4 people + child. Perfect for bike tours and visits to the thermal baths, it offers a cosy tree house feeling. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub Family-friendly with toys for the little ones. Ideal for those who want to try out the Tiny House experience! Due to the hot summer, the grass has unfortunately not yet grown properly. But you can get to the door, the terrace and the bathtub without getting your feet wet.

Relax in a green oasis: entire house (130 m²) with garden & terrace, ideal for switching off. Only a few minutes' walk to Traun Auen, Freibad & Bäckereien, Traunradwegen. Great place to escape from normal daily city routines and noise. Even if you visit us during the summer or winter you are in the right place. You can ride bikes on beatifull trails towards Traunsee and Attersee lakes for sunbathing and swim during the summer. 30 min car drive from Fuerkogel if you are into experincing new downhill trails during the summer and beautifull ski slopes during the winter. The apartment is perfect for a familly with two children
