Great place to escape from normal daily city routines and noise. Even if you visit us during the summer or winter you are in the right place. You can ride bikes on beatifull trails towards Traunsee and Attersee lakes for sunbathing and swim during the summer. 30 min car drive from Fuerkogel if you are into experincing new downhill trails during the summer and beautifull ski slopes during the winter. The apartment is perfect for 3 adults or a familly with 2 children

Enjoy the charm of the 50s in the lovingly renovated apartment of our townhouse. In a quiet residential area you can feel at home. Thanks to good infrastructure and central location, you are quickly in the city center or in the exhibition center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center.

Calm and traditional farm house flat near highway

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
