An elevator will take you up to the top floor of this heritage building, located on a tree lined heritage street in the oldest city in the country. Here you will find a super unique unit with brand new everything - King and Queen Endy beds, love seat and pull out couch, fully stocked kitchen and a dedicated workspace. Located in the center of everything Saint John has to offer, you are just steps away from the City Market, TD Station, Area 506, and many great cafes, restaurants and bars.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
