Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. Experience special moments in this green oasis! The ALTE WASCHHAUS is our pearl on the farm. The small brick cottage is traditionally Nordic and impresses with its cozy beds thanks to the sloping roof. In the morning you can call the sheep a "moin" from the crib. What is special about this magical place is the magnificent garden. Enchanted paths lead you past a pond on a huge meadow with a view of the grazing sheep.

Willkommen in unserem frisch renovierten Ferienhus in Garding! Nur 10 Minuten von Sankt Peter-Ordings Stränden entfernt, bietet dieses idyllische Refugium Platz für 6 Personen. Ideal für Wassersportler, die die Nähe zu den besten Kite-Spots schätzen oder einfach nur Nordeeliebhaber, die die Weite Nordfrieslands mit ihrer Marschlandschaft genießen möchten. Bettwäsche/Handtücher bitte selber mitbringen.

On the ground floor of the thatched roof house there is a guest toilet, a spacious living room with open space area. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a large shower room with walk-in shower and a double sink. A washer-dryer is also in the upper bathroom. A large car parking space is at your disposal directly at the house. The garden of the house is fully fenced.

This cozy and quiet apartment is located on our listed thatched farm in an idyllic location. It's just a few minutes by car to the sea and to SPO. Bus and train are within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped for short but also longer stays. The large courtyard with old trees invites you to linger and relax. The surrounding area is ideal for long walks or bike rides.
