The old farmhouse is a stone's throw away from Lake Voigdehag, picturesquely situated between old chestnut and lilac bushes. The lively harbor of the Hanseatic city is only 5 minutes away by car, and the island of Rügen with its fantastic beaches can be reached in 10 minutes without having to cross the city traffic. The two country-style apartments are spacious and lovingly furnished. In the adjacent half of the house, the hosts live with two children, dog Ella and cat Lotti.

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

The property is located in a villa of the UNESCO-recognized Hanseatic city of Stralsund with its eventful history, its unique waterfront location and the imposing buildings of brick Gothic architecture. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, you will find a one-bedroom apartment in a convenient location. After 1 km you are in the centre of the old town with the Gothic Town Hall and other historical sights, the tourist centre and numerous restaurants.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
