The apartment is located on the upper ground floor in an old storage building of the former garden-building company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the reason of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above was newly built around 1850 and has been completely renovated to a high quality in recent years. All the interior walls of the exterior sheath of the house are made with clay plaster, ensuring a pleasant room climate.
