The location was fantastic anyway, plus a small but beautiful and above all absolutely functionally furnished apartment with a great garden/terrace - you can't get it better.

The apartment is in a great location. Especially in front of the bus that leads to the ski resort. In addition, it has been very cozy, perfectly equipped and just right for us. Nicole is friendly and communication went perfectly. Looking forward to next time!

This was for sure one of the best rentals we had, when looking what we needed (close to expo grounds) and exceeded all our expectations in terms of comfort, having everything that is needed, space and just feeling like a great home! Everything ok, well located, clean and comfortable accommodation! Also recommended for those who want to ski in Alta Badia given the proximity.

We were received nicely, received a short briefing. Everything was clean and tidy. It is located directly at the airport near the fair, but quietly located. Marion is flexible when it comes to travel.

We visited for the 2nd time and it was great again. The apartment is quiet and you can get everywhere quickly by car. Gladly come back.

The location of this place was great! One stop with the tram ride to reach the heart of the city, and a block away from the lake. The apartment is high end and had really nice aroma which made the space even more inviting.

The stay was great, very clean and modernly furnished. We felt right at home. Rightly deserved full five stars!

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

Absolut perfect stay, great directions, flexible check out and Stefania is very responsive for questions or any information needed. The appartment is great equipment, there is everything you need and more to have a comfortable stay. 10/10 can only reccomend, thanks a lot again.

One of the best Airbnb homes in a long time – there were two of us there for a week. Spacious space, very chic and stylishly furnished, and of course the hot tub on the very large roof terrace is a highlight - or just spend the evening in front of the cozy fireplace. Everything is available in the immediate vicinity on foot (shops, restaurants, etc.) Overall highly recommended!

Super modern and luxurious apartment, great amenities. There were 8 of us, which was completely ok, even 2 more people would have had room. The heated foreign policy and also the saunas were completely sufficient and super nice. Unfortunately, in our time in Ehrwald a lot was closed (mid-April, out of season), but you can see and do a lot in the area (e.g. Blindsee, Eibsee)

We stayed for 1 night in the apartment which is very comfortable. Ideal for 6 people, thanks to the three bedrooms, the amenities offered, the large living room and the balconies. We recommend for your upcoming trip.

Dear Daniela, We stayed with you for 4 days and we loved it so much that we will definitely come back. The place was simply a dream,very well maintained, nicely decorated, super clean and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the mountains in the pool simply excellent. The coffee tasted excellent. We would keep staying with you, there was just nothing missing. Very tasty also your homemade honey and the delicious schnapps. Thank you for everything and that we were allowed to be there and spent four wonderful days. My dog and I had such a wonderful time at Marlie's place, and we cannot wait to return. It's a clean, simple, and comfortable with excellent amenities like the hot tub and wood stove. Marlise is so helpful and the check-in and check-out couldn't be easier. The view is even better than the pictures and the easy access to so many trails was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous unit with tons of amenities. There's a good restaurant and an amazing bakery right across the street. No road noise inside despite it's location along a main road. We loved this unit!

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but everything is really there. Whirlpool, shower, sauna, actually everything was bright! I've been to expensive hotels that weren't that clean. Not a single hair that smells like freshly laundered, just brilliant. We liked it, very clear recommendation 10 out of 10!

great place to stay. the accommodation is located on the ground floor and the host lives above. Very discreet, responsive and very friendly. the accommodation is great, everything is included, you can feel at home. the large grassy grounds, the hot tub and the swimming pool are really very nice in any season. the accommodation is close by car to Lindau center and very close to all the attractions of the area. in conclusion this place was perfect for an extended weekend away!
