The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex that is about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Oy-Mittelberg, Kempten, Rottachsee, familienfreundliche Aktivitäten. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Lage, dem See-Ausblick, die Ruhe, das Schwimmbad und Sauna. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Aktuell ist das Schwimmbad geschlossen, wegen Umbau bis ca Ostern. Sauna ist geöffnet.
