Perfect people and place

The property is very lovingly and imaginatively furnished. We immediately felt very comfortable and will definitely come back if we can😊. Good starting point for beautiful hikes.

Our whole family loved it, the countryside is especially beautiful, with cows🐑, sheep, the whole grass green oil, and the snowy mountains in the distance, which can't be enjoyed in the city. The hostess was very welcoming and waited for us in the yard in advance. The house is big enough for us to be active, if it is winter, the wood fire is burning and feeling the rural atmosphere of Germany, it must be nice. The location is good, it is only half an hour drive from Shinchan Castle, it is very convenient to come and go, the nearby town is about 7 minutes by car, there is an Aldi supermarket and gas station, it is also very convenient to need supplies, the key is that the town building is also beautiful and very clean.

We felt very comfortable. It was all right. The cottage is well cut. We felt like it was bigger than it really is. Absolutely recommended. From there, you can make many beautiful hikes.

We had a wonderful stay with Claudia and immediately felt at home. We were 18 people and spent a great weekend at the Linde guesthouse as a group of friends. Claudia and her husband are super warm and friendly hosts. We would definitely come back ☺️

Jürgen is a perfect host. Always responsive, accommodating and very helpful. Jürgen's cottage leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with everything. Everything very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the beautiful garden in the great weather. Our two dogs also felt very comfortable in the garden. We can fully recommend the house. Thanks so much Jürgen, for the nice days in your house.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

A very nice and very clean place with a great location and cute restaurants in the village. We found the folder with tips on local activities and local restaurants to be very pleasant.

Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. Everything is great, and according to expectations. We had a beautiful Easter at Walchensee. however, with the noise,the passing cars, WoMos and getting 🛵 along,a cozy "sitting on the balcony" is more reminiscent of the noise of southern street cafes :) The path to the Bädle and the sauna cabin is a bit spooky and takes time. Pure nostalgia with patina. the kitchen is well equipped, so cooking is fun. The bathroom is comfortable and leaves nothing to be desired. Wifi is very stable as described, worth gold these days. There are some hiking/walking trails from the house,so the car can stop for a few days. Parking was also not an issue at all as described. Antje is a great host.

One of the best Airbnb homes in a long time – there were two of us there for a week. Spacious space, very chic and stylishly furnished, and of course the hot tub on the very large roof terrace is a highlight - or just spend the evening in front of the cozy fireplace. Everything is available in the immediate vicinity on foot (shops, restaurants, etc.) Overall highly recommended!

It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!

Excellent stay for a ski trip at the end of the season. Well located with free access by local skibus, and the Despar supermarket and local cake shop both within 1-2 minutes walk. Apartment had wonderful view, good underground parking for our hire car and all very well appointed. Claudine was very helpful.

It went very well. Check-in and checkout are well organized. The value for money is very affordable especially for proximity to local ski resorts. We encountered no problems during the stay and will have no trouble returning to this accommodation.

Michael is a superb host. Super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. He is making every effort to make his guests feel comfortable. The check in was straightforward. The apartment was very clean and generally in a well-maintained condition. Terrace and garden are beautifully landscaped. We'll be back.

Everything as I had paid for it: small, cute and everything you need,even sharp knives and also finished firewood for the oven and barbecue area. It was still too cold for bathing

Very nice, older house, quietly located. Everything you need, well-equipped and clean kitchen. Huge garden with various sun loungers, hammocks, toys for children, barbecue and pizza oven and a beautiful view. The pizzas from the pizza oven in the garden tasted delicious. The communication with the host worked flawlessly, we always got a quick response to questions. We felt completely comfortable.

Very nice cottage in quiet surroundings. You can reach many nice hiking trails very quickly. There was everything you need for everyday life and it is very comfortably furnished.

I didn't hesitate when I saw this listing and booked directly. My husband, our two children and I immediately felt comfortable and were delighted when we came to this small but very nice oasis. It's everything you need, but without being cluttered unnecessarily. All flooded with a lot of love and positive energy. We will definitely be back. It was particularly nice to bathe in the evening and to leave yourself dry in front of the stove. Also the hiking opportunities right in front of the door, just great. Thank you. 🙏 💚

We had a very nice stay with Amanda and Will. Their place is an easy walk to the Lindt factory and the lake is very close. We were travelling with a young child and the washer and dryer and ability to cook were a huge plus. Public transit by bus or boat are a few minutes away on foot. A great place and a great neighborhood.
