Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

The modern housing unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe harbor in Wertheim. The creative upcycling idea benefits not only our environment, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, a lighted parking right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.

This tiny studio apartment is located in the Bestenheid district, only about 2 km from the city center and almost at the same height as the old town. (No uphill climb) Located directly on the Main bike path, it is ideal for cycling tours along the Main. Our beautiful apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac above the picturesque town of Wertheim. You will especially appreciate the quiet location. You can relax and plan your vacation days on the picturesque garden terrace. From here you have a fantastic view over the Maintal and Wertheim Castle as well as the Spessart. The city center is 10 minutes by foot.

Historic ambiance and lovely Tauber Valley

On the first floor of our 350-year-old half-timbered house, we offer three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 square meters). The hosts' apartment is upstairs. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer can be used. The courtyard is available for recreation (currently limited by construction work).

Living in the picturesque mill valley: This unique accommodation surrounded by forests and meadows is a wonderful place to relax. The rustic, stylish apartment is part of a yard with animals such as dogs, chickens and horses. Next door, the stream splashes through the valley, opposite the sheep graze - a dreamlike piece of nature!
