Jeanette has a lovely house which has everything you could need and more. She has added loads of little extras that make you feel really welcome and comfortable. The house is easy to find and situated in a quiet cul de sac with plenty parking. Would definitely recommend the property, only wish we’d had longer to enjoy it.

I’ve just stayed at Anita’s Airbnb with five friends for a weekend away. The house is gorgeous - spacious and spotless, with striking and eclectic decor throughout. The garden is delightful, too, it’s a real sun trap with plenty of space to sit and soak up the sun. And then there’s the bar, which is a brilliant and super-fun addition to the house! King’s Heath is a great area and all the bars, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Anita was also great - always quick to respond and gave us loads of useful info before our stay. Overall a 10 out of 10 stay.

Location, location!! This house was very homely, clean, great garden, very well equipped - even down to the coffee machine. Comfortable beds with nice linen and great shower. Easy access to motorway, Solihull town centre and brilliant pub just a 5min walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend.

Ben was an absolute delight. He was very accommodating and was very responsive to any messages sent. The house itself was absolutely beautiful with so much for my children to enjoy. Fantastic place for our family get together. Spacious house with ample seating in the kitchen for meal times. The games room is fantastic and kept the children very happy for many hours (the adults loved it too). Beautiful setting looking out over farm land with horses outside the kitchen window. Lovely garden with a well fenced off pond. Great location, easily accessed from the M42 and close to many local attractions. Hosts were incredibly helpful with great communication before & during our stay. Lovely pub in the local village with great food & very friendly staff.

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

The accommodation was great, clean & the hot tub outside really sets it apart from other places. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend in Birmingham. Luke’s place is very well located in a nice and quiet area. The house is comfortable and cozy and luckily my dog was also welcome. Thank you.

Lloyd was very responsive and really helpful. The house is in a super good spot in the middle of town and the basement that has been converted in to bedrooms is really well done and looks super cool.

This is my second stay with Victoria but my first in the School Room. I have no hesitation in recommending both Victoria's properties and am truly grateful for the kindness and understanding she has shown me when dealing with both bookings. Thank you!

Wow! Everything about the Boathouse is amazing, the accommodation, the location and the hosts. The accommodation is of the highest standard and has everything you need and more. Randall and Jude are so welcoming and thoughtful. On arrival we were welcomed with a basket of goodies, some homemade and on the way home were given some treats for the journey. The location is beautiful and peaceful, a slice of heaven. We were very reluctant to leave and can't wait to return. We would definitely recommend this as a fantastic place to stay.

We had an amazing time! The views are incredible! Alison was so accommodating. She gave us excellent directions and suggested great places to go and eat! The accommodation is ever better than the pictures. And we really enjoyed the homemade bread and cake! And the breakfast was really tast with local eggsy! I also worked from here and the internet was fine for video calls all day. We will be returning soon as it was one of the best airbnb's we've stayed at. And Alisons hospitality and attenattention to detail was second to none!!!

The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

Brilliant place for a re set if thats what your looking for as we were. Outdoor bath was amazing, views beautiful, canin really cute and comfy. Firepit was lovely too. The other 4 cabins are closeby but you do manage to get your privacy. Dont hesitate its fab!!

Just as described lovely private airbnb, within driving distance to amenities and restaurants. Peaceful surroundings and great facilities.

The cabin is in a fantastic position; we enjoyed watching the swan and goslings and walking in the private bluebell woods. We had all we needed to make our stay comfortable and Naomi and Mark could not have been more helpful.

We had a beautiful stay! The view was amazing and the facilities were perfect. We loved the little reception area where you could get games, DVD’s and toys. We loved the little Easter touches aswell! The lodge was VERY clean easy to get in to, very clear instructions on how to use things and how to get in. My son loved the big field in front of the lodge. Overall it was a beautiful stay and 100% would recommend

Absolutely perfect. This stay really is 5* completely private, beautiful friendly farm animals and marshmallows by the fire. I couldn’t thank Victoria enough for our stay and we will definitely be returning. The interior design in the cabin itself is absolutely beautiful. It didn’t even feel like the uk just pure magic. Sunset and sunrise beautiful views over the cabin and cuddling the baby lamps Thankyou for a special evening 🥹❤️

5 Star Stay at this wonderful Place hidden Gem for sure. Kirsty & her Partner was always helpful when needed help. Very Clean and Looked after would definitely recommend. I'll be back for sure!
