Copt Heath Cottage is a 200 year old oak beamed house in a quiet cul-de-sac. With tapestries, patchwork quilts and period furniture throughout it is ideal for a cosy getaway for 1-5 people. Our house is run on 100% renewable energy. The cottage is near greenery, a golf course and canals. Right outside there are extensive bus links and it is only 10 minutes walk from the vibrant village centre of Knowle and 10mins drive from the NEC/Airport, it’s not under the flight path though so it’s quiet.

Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

Quiet location on the edge of Stourbridge. sleeps 4 people in 1 double bed and 2 singles. 2 bathrooms. Open plan with fully fitted kitchen. Full central heating and log burning stove. Washing machine. Ample parking for up to 3 cars and free wifi. The Barn is right next door to our house and while it is a great place for small family parties it is not suitable for late night parties. The Barn also has wired in smoke alarms, Kitchen fire blanket, liability insurance and carbon monoxide tester
