With a pool, kayaks, SUP, hiking trails, bikes, and birding, there's little reason to leave the property! Max of 8 adults. No parties. No Pets. Renters must sign a Rental Agreement & provide $250 refundable damage deposit. Pool open April-Sept 30th, NOT heated. 5% local room tax will be collected after booking.

Our home is located in Ocean Pines, Maryland. Spend the day at the beach, golf, come back and relax on our spacious screened porch. The community has 5 pools, walking trails, Parks, and more. The house is a short drive to Ocean City, Md. (8 Miles) via Rt. 90 or Rt. 50. Assateague Island National Seashore is also just a short drive 12 miles. You can see wild horses, beautiful sunsets, ride bikes, or go to the beach. There are many golf courses within 15 miles of the house all very nice.

At Carra’s Cottage you can relax with the whole family. Enjoy being at an entire home Just 1.5 miles from Berlin’s town center, 7 miles from Assateague Beaches and 9 miles from Ocean City Beaches. Plenty of free parking and use of backyard space. Room to park an RV , boat and trailers! Check in is after 3p, but an earlier check in may be arranged upon request.
