Vacation rentals with breakfast in Westcliff-on-Sea

Hazel is my favourite human, by far! She is so welcoming. As if we'd been friends for years. The room is as luxurious as the pictures suggest. I couldn't get enough of the comfy sofa and the heated floors What a great experience! Thankyou Hazel

Very nice and quiet place to stay, host is quick in responding and was very easy to communicate with.

Nav accommodated me with little notice. Her mum, a very kind, welcoming lady, let me in at 7pm after I was working in the local area, nice bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed and pillow, all clean and fresh. Peaceful and quiet. I sleep like a baby. I highly recommend staying there in your travels!!

I have stayed at Linda's a number of times and will be coming back next time I am working in the area. Highly recommended accommodation.

We spent a lovely night at Dave and Imelda’s. They are a delightful couple - kind, considerate and interesting - and their place was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to stay ahead of going on a guided walk of the Broomway with the ‘Thames Estuary Man’, named ‘the deadliest walk in Britain’ (although we were very safe and had a beautiful time in the sunshine!) Dave and Imelda provided us with all we needed including tea and coffee in our room and an amazing breakfast in the morning (yoghurt, fruit, toast, cereal, and even homemade banana bread and warm scones!) which was a great start before a long walk. Their house is near a pretty church and is a very short walk to a nice beach lined with beach huts which we went to at sunset for a little stroll

Nina was a wonderful host, very kind and friendly. The room is larger than it appears in photos and is very comfortable. There were lovely touches like a little chocolate jar. Very close to the station and in a lovely area close to Southend. I think I’ll be back the next time I need a getaway

Great communication and easy to find . Joy's place is in a quiet location and very close to the A12. I was made to feel very welcome and was a pleasure to have met .

I enjoyed my stay at Carla's. It was so convenient to where I working I walked there and back each day. It's also a short walk to Festival Leisure Park, which was a bonus. The house was peaceful and comfortable and Carla was a great host.

Another great stay at Alex’s place. The flat is on a pretty unique location right on Church Street and with views out over the rooftops towards central London. The flat is clean, tidy, and well equipped. Alex is a really helpful host and couldn’t have been more helpful with any questions.

A very enjoyable stay in a great apartment. A fantastic base to explore central London, you really are right in the heart of it all. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, a good size space, lots of character, comfortable, clean and considering the very central location it was very quiet and peaceful. And the provided foodstuffs and fizz were very generous and welcomed. Wim is a great host, excellent communications from start to finish and when we had a slight issue with initially entering the building, he replied instantly to my message and all was sorted out. Would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely apartment and I am sure I shall book again at some point.

Great place, easy access, clean and comfortable

This is our second time at Sally’s place and it won’t be our last. In the heart of Margate, with a clear view of the Turner gallery, it’s a great location. The flat is private, spacious and relaxing. Sally is the perfect host - very quick to respond. She also provides guests with lots of extra goodies like tea and coffee, milk, bread and butter, bubbles, shampoo and conditioner - not many places do that! Also Sally helped us out in a fix when a last minute care provider dropped out, putting a family day out in jeopardy, so the lovely Evelyn stepped in to help. That was so above and beyond and we are truly thankful! Thanks Sally (and sister), we will be back!

Just completed an enjoyable stay for the London Marathon. Perfect location for walking to the start and opposite Greenwich train/DLR station to easily access the sights of London. Personal check in from Davey was excellent, showing us around the property and offering local knowledge for restaurants, shops and local activities. Comfortable property in a quiet location which met all the families needs.

We had such a great stay, the apartment had a great homely feel to it and is in such a perfect location to the centre of Whitstable, beaches and also Tankerton. We did the sauna and cold plunge near the accommodation which we would also recommend, handy for a shower afterwards that the accommodation is so close. We walked everywhere even to and from Tankerton for a meal one evening - ideal place! Would definitely recommend and come back. Thank you!

This is a peaceful haven - and we did great cliff & countryside walks to St Margaret’s Bay and Kingsdown. The latter has the best beach pub ever - the Zetland. A spacious and comfortable place, it made an ideal base to potter around from. Thank you Sara & Andrew!

All the staff were extremely friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Shower was good. Restaurant served a good variety of food. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you for a nice stay.

What an amazing find, superb location, peaceful, classy and very comfortable. All the staff were very nice/helpful/friendly and the food couldn't have been better. Sadly no bath in our room but a great nights sleep on a gorgeous bed. Took a lovely country walk opposite the property and ended up going three miles round which was nice to explore the countryside.

Excellent service …. Really good communication and understanding, really clean and descent, would definitely stay here again, close to public transport and not too far from town, host went above and beyond with customer service…. Would highly recommend

Exceptional hosts, wonderful, cozy, clean, and peaceful place, great countryside walks on your doorstep and restaurants and shops in walking distance. Accommodation was spacious and we had everything we could think of, even though the shower room is quite small, it serves its purpose well. Elaine couldn’t do more for us and we really enjoyed our stay with her and Teg. The breakfast really is out of this world and the attention to detail in everything Elaine does is something to be experienced. Hopefully will come back! Many thanks for everything Elaine and Teg.
