Built in 1907, "Haus Heising" impresses with its old building charm in the very best island location. In the heart of Friedrichstrasse. Everything that Westerland offers is within walking distance in less than a few ; ) minutes. The cafe (Diavolo) and the bakery are downstairs in the building or right next door. The main beach is only 300 meters away. The small apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is newly renovated, furnished with a small kitchen and bathroom with a large shower and is looking forward to the first guests.

From the highest balcony of the Hanseatenhaus, you can look far beyond the rooftops to the sea, as our apartment is located at an airy height on the top floor. Everything you need, train station, supermarket, bakery and Co., is very close - this of course also applies to the beach! VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the women's bicycle, which is included PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED AND NOT IN STOCK. You pay your visitor's tax directly to the host and receive a visitor's and beach use card as proof. Every guest is subject to visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.
