Crafted in 2022, Kokkoranta is a testament to modern luxury and comfort. This modern gem epitomizes Scandinavian design, featuring expansive panoramic windows that offer breathtaking views of the tranquil lake Näsijärvi. The name 'Kokkoranta' is inspired by the bonfires lit on the small island just off the cottage shoreline during the midsummer festivities. Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

Enintään 2 aikuiselle ja 2 lapselle Keskitasoinen sähköistetty n. 50 m² Hirsimökki kirkasvetisellä Niskajärvellä omalla yksityisellä rannalla, 15 m² rantasaunalla ja ulko-WC:llä. Autotie menee perille asti. Polttopuut sisältyy vuokraan. Mökillä on hyvät 4G-yhteydet. Juokseva vesi mökkiin asti, paitsi talvella (15.10-15.4). Vierailla on käytössään soutuvene ja kahdet pelastusliivit. Kouvolan palvelut löytyvät 40 kilometrin päästä. Verlan Tehdasmuseo löytyy 10 km päästä.
