Large storefront converted to colorful open plan apartment in the heart of downtown Troy. Blocks away from RPI, and steps away from most of Troy's nightlife. Warning: this urban bohemian experience may bring back memories of Williamsburg Brooklyn or Downtown LA in the 90's. Note that this is a private apartment but you have use of the large kitchen (see the pics with the green floor) shared with one other unit. NO PARTIES because of noise complaints. Sun filled loft with a beautiful private roof garden. A retreat right in the middle of the village. Acessable to everything. Cozy yet sleeps 4 -6 good friends or family comfortably- because there are several different cool areas to hang out & relax.
