Villa vacation rentals in Western Transdanubia

The place was quite and clean. We loved our stay not to mention that the beach was 10-15 minutes away (there is a bit of a hill walking up to the house but not too bad, even my 70 years old mom was able to climb it). Check-in was flexible; we met up with Sara to check-in who was friendly and courteous. A few observations: 1) we rented the entire house (both of the apartments) and neither kitchen had a microwave. It wasn't a huge deal but it would have been nice to warm up some leftovers in the microwave! 2) All of the doors were extremely squeaky and loud - this was an issue during the middle of the night if someone had to use the bathroom. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and I would recommend this place.

The house is very big, clean and comfortable. There are two apartments with separate entrance (one downstairs, and one upstrairs). The apartments are very good equiped, the one downstairs has washing machine. The garden is big, with playground for kids,place for bonfire, two big terrace and big arbor with place for barbecue. The garden has lots of trees, which gives nice shadow during summer days. The house is very close to the beach, which is maybe not very big, but nice, clean and free. Around the beach, there are several restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The host was amazing, offering us a lot of assistance and even a late check-out. Super friendly too! Highly recommended!

Petra’s house is really nice, exactly like on the pictures. The view from the terrace is stunning to the lake Balaton, the hills and wine yards. Easy to have nice walks in the area right from the house. there are some nice wine cellars as well nearby. The host was very responsive and check in was easy and simple. We are looking forward to returning again.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam's Villa on Lake Balaton! The villa was not only beautifully furnished but also spotlessly clean. The location was perfect – within walking distance of the lake and in a quiet, idyllic area. Adam was an excellent host, always available and very helpful. The furnishings of the villa left nothing to be desired, from the well-equipped kitchen to the terrace and garden with barbecue. We really enjoyed our vacation here and would recommend the villa to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time at Lake Balaton. Thank you, Adam, for this great stay!

What an awesome villa Atilla has. 5 double rooms, great kitchen, spacious shady deck under a large awning, large private garden with plenty of shade and a lovely pool. The games area and table tennis is a nice addition. The kitchen is really well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils - something we have found other airbnb's lack when cooking for a group of six. The villa is very close to the lake with access from the rear garden. The lake is fab - we had morning and evening swims each day when it was less busy and play time using atilla's SUP paddleboard in the afternoons. One of the best Villa's we've rented for our family. thank you

Amazing place and a fantastic host in Edi. He was in constant touch with us much before we arrive bed and ensured a perfect retreat for us. The service was par excellence and would highly recommend this for groups - family or friends.

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay! Our family (kids, parents, and grandparents) had the best time at this gorgeous villa in Balatonfured. The house is so pretty, with comfy furniture and cool decorations that made us feel right at home. We loved hanging out by the pool. The kids had a blast, and us adults got to relax in style. It felt like our own little paradise. The kitchen is great (we love to cook), and we enjoyed eating outside on the terrace every day and every meal. It was great being so close to the lake too - we could walk to the beach and restaurants in just a few minutes. If you're looking for a special place to make memories, this villa is perfect. We can't wait to come back!

Very friendly host! Home has all comforts. 3 bathrooms and large bedrooms. Lots of privacy in and around the house. Beautiful clean outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi that is inside. Quiet and safe environment. Shopping center and supermarkets and bakeries are close by. Not far from town of varazdin where there is more to experience and a little more than an hour drive to Zagreb and Maribor. Plenty of towels, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher everything at hand. Garden chairs, sunbeds and beautiful activities on the lawn. In short, a beautiful accommodation. Some softer beds and pillows. 1 room really has a king size lovely bed! We have been super helped with cots and chairs. Please communicate your need and they will think along with you! Very nice to meet these people.

Zita is a great host. She was super responsive, helpful and kind. The house is amazing, perfect in every detail, it is a great place to have for a family vacation with three generations.

There were three of us in the vacation home for three days. The accommodation was functional and the swimming pool served us very well. Only the two sofa beds are not super comfortable. But if you don't expect a bed, that's totally fine. We would definitely come back.

We spent an extended weekend here and were more than satisfied all around. The villa is even more impressive in real life and exudes so much homeliness that you don't want to leave at all. The garden is uniquely beautiful. If you are looking for an oasis with lots of birdsong, nature and a place to stay with a little something, this is the place to be. Our highlight: enjoy the sunset on the roof of the wine cellar every evening! We will be back.

Almost everything was perfect, the only 2 issues we had 1. No air conditioner (but we know it of course, so can't complain) 2. In my opinion it's less suitable with babies (0-3). But otherwise we really recommend it. Edina been good for us and very friendly, and help with all we need.

Susanne welcomed us, showed us around and explained everything. We fell in love with the house right away, mixed this old wall with Susanne's great style. Susanne looked after us wonderfully, was quickly accessible and her neighbor provided great warmth. We were a larger group of friends and family and each of us had our own wonderful empire. Stunningly designed Villa right next to Lake Balaton. Perfect location, restaurants, beach, stores everything’s 2 minutes walkable distance. The view of the Lake is the cherry on top. The Villa is well kept, super spacious, brilliantly and comfortably equipped and extremely clean. The windows are so well soundproofed no noise can get into the rooms at all. The garden is fabulous with an outside kitchen/dinning house and perfect sized pool with heating&cooling systems. The hosts are friendly, helpful and reachable for any questions. We loved the welcome basket full of goodies and had an amazing vacation. Thank you. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this villa with friends, and I really can't recommend it any more. Vid, our host, was amazing with excellent communication from start to finish. The villa itself is superb, with everything one might need. We were warmly welcomed by complimentary drinks upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. The location is great: just a 10-minute drive from the center of Maribor, while the villa provides complete privacy. Everything was spotlessly clean and very modern. If ever I go back to Maribor, there is no question that I will be staying here. Thanks for the great experience!
