Vacation rentals with beach access in Western Visayas

If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect place for you. Ms. Abby and Ms. Jane were very responsive to our queries & requests. The place is very homey and spacious. They even have room service cleaning when mam Jane is available! Will definitely book this again for our next Boracay trip.

Lovely stay at Dennis’ Guest House. The stairs are a bit of a climb, but the sunrise and sunset views from the balcony are stunning. The place feels private, with some noise from neighbors, but it’s quiet inside the room. The beach is just some few minutes walk from the house, there’s a short cut. Iv was a great and very responsive host!

Absolutely loved this home! Very well isolated & private! The hosts communicated very clearly & offered at shuttle around the island! The home is beautiful & pristine and there were plenty of amenities. Diniwid beach is nearby and is such a great swim spot! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone! Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is beautiful—very clean, well-maintained, and absolutely worth it. We arrived earlier than expected (our check-in time was supposed to be 3 PM), but since the unit was already available, Pekka allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who assisted us upon arrival (I forgot her name, but she was very helpful). She took the time to show us around and explain where everything was. Bringing our luggage up was easy too since the building has an elevator. The location is also great—it’s just a short walk to D’Mall. The only minor downside is that e-trikes don’t drop passengers off right in front of Scandi unless it’s a special trip. They usually drop you at the corner, so you’ll need to walk a bit, but it’s manageable. Also, during rainy days, water tends to pool at the corner of the road, which can be inconvenient. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth it!

The location of the unit is good - near the beach, mall, and stores, although it was a bit inconvenient for elderly people as it is located in 3rd floor and no elevators. The host communicated well and provided maps to help us locate the place. One comment thou was our request for additional 1 chair since we paid for 6 pax and there are only 5 dining chairs. Host agreed to add but maybe forgot. The cleanliness needs a bit of improvement as we found some hairs and stains in the toilet but overall, our stay was okay.

the villa was actually even better than on the photos, very beautiful and spacious. great swimming pool and garden. there is staff on site if you need any help.

We had such a lovely time at Julie’s cute cottage. It’s 1 minute from the Main Street but nestled away in the peace and quiet space surrounded by green trees. You really get the cute village vibe. Julie and her mother grace are also so kind and understanding, they always want to make sure you’re comfortable.

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Very cute place with a ver nice patio. Quite neighborhood. Excellent parking. Very comfy bed, clean and private place. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed . Shirlen knows everything about Sipalay city. She’s super kind and welcoming and accommodating. We only wish we got to stay longer. Would definitely recommend her home if you’re staying in Sipalay.

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

So close to white beach in tranquil Station 3. Beach side residential neighborhood with the right vibe. Very safe to walk around even at night. The house is as stated in the listing, 3 bedrooms with private Kitchen and receiving area. Clean and airy and well-ventilated. And accessible to main road(short walk) for tricycle to Dmall Station 2 & 1. Though we walk along the white beach to Dmall most of the time. The host Mar is very quick to respond and assist us. He also arranged our airport transfers which is very convenient. Will stay again here.

Len’s place were super clean, cozy and everything you would need for a short or long stay….I Definitely will book the place again when I’m back in Boracay.

What I really love about our stay are how peaceful and smooth our stay with my bestfriend turned out. Our goal is a hassle-free staycation and this Casa Calma gave us all we needed. The place is comely. Feels like home. Everything we needed is there— untensils are well clean, appliances such as iron, washing machine, ice cooker, microwave works fine and the bed sheets are clean as well. Everything is being prepared and spotless. The toilet is polished and when we had an empty bodywash when we arrived, they respond immediately and provided us one. It was a convenient stay and we have nothing to worry about home needs. Plus points how responsive the host. We definitely book again and marked this staycation as one of our second home in Boracay. Because the condo itself is worth a visit. People and personnel there are polite and friendly. Our Boracay trip becomes ideal and worth a stay. Thank you Ms. Myra and the owner of this unit. We had a fantastic stay at JJ's. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet. they have awonderful host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. It was excellent value for the price!

We had a pleasant stay from arrival to departure, our needs was all taken cared of, from clear instructions where to go, to dine, what to ride, feels at home, Oceanwing Newcoast has a very peaceful Boracay vibes.. worth price,, we will be back and stay here again.. 5pax po kami, we had a great time.. Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

Loved this apartment and Ms. Cheryl’s hospitality so much that we decided to stay again. This place is peaceful, with a beautiful view—couldn’t find a better match for us. Thank you for the friendly communication and warm hospitality!

My boyfriend and I are Virtual Nomads. This is perfect for us so we feel very at home. Enough space for our laptops and the internet service is enough to get through work. We had such a wonderful stay at the Ocean Grand Villa in Boracay Newcoast! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Maria, the host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She answered all our inquiries promptly and kindly approved our requests. Her hospitality was truly heartwarming and made us feel right at home. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and more. We especially loved how peaceful and relaxing the place was. It felt like a true escape. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave when it was time to head back to Manila! *Bonus: There is a Washing Machine that you can use. 😊
