Charming apartment in an old building, within walking distance of the Landesgartenschau 2026 Cozy, newly renovated apartment in an old building on the 2nd floor of our house in the district Schrezheim with a parking space right by the house. The centre of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometres away, which can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1,200 metres from the accommodation. The Landesgartenschau 2026 can be reached on foot in about 800 metres. In the bedroom, there is a premium box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm.

Our in-law apartment has been renovated 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. The location is wonderful for walking and cycling,climbing on the Rosenstein and excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland and Schwabenpark are also not far away! There are two bedrooms, one with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and the other with a 140 x 200 box spring bed. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!
