There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.
