Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Meine Wohnung liegt im schönen Mangfalltal im Herzen von Feldkirchen-Westerham (Ortsteil Feldkirchen). Sie ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach München und in das südliche Münchner Umland oder als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Süden oder Norden. Der Westerhamer Bahnhof (4 Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 20-25 Min. zu Fuß) sowie der S-Bahnhof Aying (12 Min. per Auto) bieten eine Zuganbindung sowohl nach München als auch nach Rosenheim. Die IHK Akademie Westerham ist 5 Autominuten entfernt.

Inmitten von Wald und Wiesen liegt die kleine Wohnung mit eigenem Stellplatz und lädt zum entspannen und entdecken ein. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit einem Backofen, einem Induktionskochfeld, Spüle und mit kleinem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Bett mit 1,4 x 2,0m und eine Schlafcouch mit 1,8 x 1,9m. Located in beautiful Weyarn in the middle of the Mangfall Valley. There are bakeries, a pizzeria, supermarket, climbing hall and great hiking opportunities on site. The Way of St. James even leads past the house. The Mangfall is only a 15-minute walk away, a refreshing river that invites you to swim. The Alps are easily accessible by car. The popular bathing lakes Tegernsee, Schliersee and Spitzingsee are also close by. Munich and Rosenheim can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Our apartment offers 64 m² of space for 2-4 people and stretches over the ground floor of our former family home (built in 1950). Located in a quiet village, the 2.5-room apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and lovingly furnished. It has a large garden and is an ideal base for cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing and city trips.
