We have lived in the "Lenzi" since 2018 and rent one half to holiday guests. It is secluded in the middle of the forest between Munich, Rosenheim and Tegernsee. Our lovingly restored stable house is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. Private entrance, fireplace room with comfortable leather armchairs and sofas, kitchen-living room and toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, balcony on the corridor, library, bathroom. Outdoor spaces available. Pets allowed for a fee.

The entire apartment has wooden attic ceilings. Please be aware that there are honeybees on the property, in case of allergies! One 32 sqm combined living/bedroom, with 2 built in single beds, sofa and a small balcony. One 25 sqm bedroom with two built in single beds and one single bed.
