Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Design gazebo in the woods

• The Veluwe is the largest push moraine complex in the Netherlands. On the north-western edge of this forest you find this gazebo near the locally famous sand drift. It sits on 3 acres of woodland belonging to a detached house. • The gazebo is fully insulated and consists of three spaces: bathroom, bedroom and lounge. There is no cooking option, but there is a small oven for you to use. • The gazebo was fully renovated in 2023 and is decorated in a contemporary mid-century modern style.

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

The Bovenstede is located in the front house of a historic farm where the authentic atmosphere is combined with modern comfort. The bedroom can easily be split into two separate rooms thanks to pivoting doors, ideal for both couples and a family.

Hot tub and wood-fired sauna. To be used after instruction. Crates of wood/charcoal available at 6.50 per crate. Also cold tub and garden kitchen. Hiking trails start 500 meters away. Hanseatic cities Elburg, Zwolle, Hattem and Kampen nearby. Extensive manuals available in various languages.
