NO GROUPS allowed per condo association policy. If you rent under false pretenses you will be told to leave with no refund.

This is a beautiful, serene pet-friendly spot in the woods with a queen inflatable bed, AC, microwave, 2-person camp couch, and an indoor private entrance bathroom and jacuzzi at the main house 200 yards away, minutes from the Ocean City and Sea Isle beaches in NJ. Your roomy glamping tent is accompanied by a screened gazebo, a fire pit and free wood, a propane grill and bedding. The bathroom and jacuzzi are about 200 yards away at the main house and may be shared with other guests.
