The seven acre property comprises of two separate residences - the farmhouse and the cabin below, each with its own separate driveway and amenities. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Ian and I welcome you to a wee taste of country life and country noise, less than an hours drive from Auckland City. The Shed offers peaceful rural and water views plus the occasional visit from wild deer and peacock, or grunt from the roar (April/May). It is a restful stop on your travels, or an escape from the hustle bustle of life. Stand alone with a garage between it and the main house. We are happy to put together a yummy platter and wine, message for prices and book ☺️

This modern guesthouse with a 5 metre stud has a large mezzanine bedroom with a super king bed and two singles, open plan living/dining/kitchen area with extensive decks and concrete floors throughout. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Take a walk down through nature, or just sit back and enjoy the view with a barista made coffee delivered to your door, we know you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed! Only 20 min to Matakana or 15 to Warkworth town!

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.

Off Grid Arohanui Cabins, Mangawhai

Leave it all behind and unwind at this off grid eco-conscious glamping site overlooking peaceful native bush and farmland. Our north facing, sun soaked site is perfect for families, small groups and couples seeking a unique space for an escape. Totally off-grid, Arohanui offers campfires and tree swings, a beautiful open air cast iron bath and a cosy bedroom cabin with skylights for star gazing.

Luxury private apartment, with spectacular sea views and space to unwind and relax. Your top floor, provides 96 sq m of quality, comfort, privacy and security.
