Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Whatcom County

Great clean condo located as close as possible to Mount Baker Ski Resort. It has a very comfortable bed and close walking distance to a restaurant. It has a nice balcony. The host communicated well and had easy check in/out. The town of Glacier is also nice with three dinner restaurants and one good breakfast restaurant.

Place was cute and cozy, tons of videos and games in the unit. We missed having WiFi in the unit but the rec center is a 60 second walk and has internet. Close to Mount Baker and a good restaurant is walkable, we had a great time 😊

This Airbnb was the perfect location to access mt baker. The close proximity to the resort with the close restaurant and town nearby made it extremely convenient. The Airbnb was very comfortable and cozy and was perfect for a weekend trip.

Kim is very friendly, great communication, very flexible :) place is very cute and in beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay at this location. Two moms and two teen daughters we were in need of a getaway and though the weather was not our expected summer sunshine the many amenities helped keep the kids busy and give us time to relax. The grounds and facilities were wonderful (very clean and beautiful). As one pool wasn’t working and there was an issue with the other’s heating there was some complaints from the kids but only for a short while. Communication with Luxury Getaways was kind and friendly even after my kid left her jacket behind 🤦🏼‍♀️ I would definitely bring my family or friends back to this location.

This was a great place for our two small families to stop overnight on a road trip from Portland to Whistler. We would have been happy to spend more time there! It was very spacious and our late night check in was a breeze. Super friendly front desk, easy to find, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a large relaxing common space provided everything we needed.

Great little place in a nice community setting as close to Mt Baker trails as you can get. Everything as described, nice and clean with all amenities. I stayed with my dog and there was even a nice dog ned provided.

This was a great condo, perfect for our ski getaway. It is very close to Mt. Baker ski area, so couldn't be more convenient. The beds were comfortable and the living room was great for watching movies together. And when we had a question, the Mt. Baker lodging staff was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Note that the wifi access info in the guest information book in the condo was out of date. There was accurate info in the welcome packet that we picked up with the keys, a little hard to spot on one of the pages with a map, which we didn't notice until after reaching out. Overall this was a wonderful place. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was wonderful. Spend some time outdoors on the walking paths, down by the river, and just exploring. It was great. Amenities were great! Pool, hot tub, adult area for playing games and watching movies. We would have staying longer if we had planned ahead. We will be back.

While this was an ill-fated trip, my Airbnb hosts Carlee and Mark were amazing. They responded quickly to questions, they were pro-active with my ever-changing schedule, and they supplied recommendations to help me make the most of an awkward schedule. When I had to cancel the trip actually after I was already on my way there, they graciously helped me to navigate the process. I will definitely reach for this property and these hosts in the future.

This Airbnb was hands down the nicest and most beautiful Airbnb we've ever stayed in. My sisters and I (along with our kiddos) get together every April back home in Skagit/Whatcom for the tulip festival and it was the perfect location to all stay together. The house was absolute perfection! We loved the decor and the views and the deck. The kitchen had everything you could think of - Thank you for the assortment of coffees! There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and it was nice to cook and eat big meals together and play some board games. The beds were also so comfortable and it was convenient to have so many bathrooms. Sudden Valley is such a gorgeous little community on Lake Whatcom, I already miss all of the green moss and ferns and mountain and lake backdrops. Thank you for a peaceful and relaxing spot to stay, we would definitely love to come back!

I stayed at the Farmhouse by the Bay for three nights with my family and our dog. The house was more homey and comfortable than most vacation rentals we have stayed at in the past. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. The host, Marina was so kind and helpful with any questions or requests we had. We all thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna and felt like we had stayed at a spa retreat after our time here. We will happily come back as soon as we can!!

Great experience! The entry instructions were clear and timely. The place was very well maintained and the view was breathtaking!

We came up for the weekend to visit Western Washington University. The location was great. Felt safe, private, and easy to find. It was a quick drive to groceries, food, and the school. The house was super clean, with clear instructions. Lots of amenities like ample phone chargers and bathroom supplies. The hot tub was easy to operate and a great way to relax after a busy day of walking and touring the school and city. When we come back to visit my son in school, I'll be checking out this place again! Thanks Jason!

This place is wonderful! We enjoyed the views of the ocean, sunsets and eagles. It was a bonus that it snowed while we were there. The house is warm and cozy and had great decorations throughout. The kitchen had everything I needed. It was so relaxing to use the sauna and hot tub while looking out at the water. We would definitely love to stay here again.
