The heating is handled by a fireplace and an infrapan. There is a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed for two. The garden is large 777m2, has only one neighbor and is all fenced. There is a canoe for two to borrow. This listing is for those who want to be outdoorsy and understand what it entails. Dear guests, please do not look for the luxury of your apartments with us.

The house offers one separate bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor, on the first floor there is a room with one double bed, a living area with a sofa bed and kitchen, sanitary facilities and a balcony. View of the garden from all rooms. Right behind the house there are two ski lifts, nearby is Kohůtka resort, Lake Balaton and cycling trail.

The private pond is only accessible to guests, perfect for relaxing on the pier, crazy on the water dolphin or a picnic. Bathing at your own risk only. The Provençal kitchen is fully equipped with open shelves, wooden furniture and classic accessories. There is a huge functional furnace with outlets up to under the duvets.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. It offers comfort and privacy. No pets, no kids, no smokers.

Chata se nachází v přírodě v blízkosti obce Březová v Bílých Karpatech. Naši chatu jsme před pár lety kompletně zrekonstruovali do moderního stylu se zachováním původního tvaru. Je to naše srdcovka a proto jsme se rozhodli umožnit, aby chata dělala radost i ostatním. Naleznete zde wellnes s finskou saunu a jacuzzi, kompletní venkovní posezení s grilem, ohništěm a výhledem na les obklopující chatu a spoustu vychytávek, které věříme, že vám váš pobyt u nás zpříjemní.

Hi, my name is Tiny, I'm a house on wheels and Nikča built me by her own. All day I am surrounded by nature and I have a beautiful view of the lake! Cuckoos and pheasants wake me up every morning. I live in harmony with nature, so I am completely off-grid. I draw energy from the sun, which is not in short supply here. I also have a tank that contains 200 liters of water. I am a small, but otherwise a full-fledged house for life.
