Two blocks from the Sandy River in quiet Timberline Rim neighborhood, the old growth yard allows you feel like you've escaped to a tranquil retreat! Pull up the covers with our high thread-count sheets and plush duvets! Spacious queen bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet. Queen bedroom with access to patio and wooded backyard, (owner's favorite!) Bunkroom with comfortable oversized full bed on bottom, twin on top. Well supplied kitchen. Outdoor grill. 20 minute drive to skiing. Restaurants and groceries are just a short drive away. Washer and dryer This home is along the school bus route. Roads are usually plowed and well maintained. Bring towels for the hot tub Dogs considered. Due to allergies, no cats, please.

The Pickle" Mt Hood Cute cabin in Mountain community. 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Also a loft with a twin over full bunk bed. Great wifi for remote workers. Large, private hot tub. Huge deck with gas grill and gas heater. Fire pit in the backyard. Very well-stocked kitchen for longer stays! Sandy river just a walk away. Access to the seasonal n'hood pool (mid June-September), tennis & basketball court. Close to great skiing & mountain biking. Sandy river just one street over.
