Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Whitfield

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was mostly what it said it would be, the pictures are accurate. Was pretty nice and cozy. Had lots of privacy, which was really nice. House was clean and had all of the amenities that were promised. Bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was a little dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few days before we got there but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Nombreuses prestations (serviettes de bain, produits ménagers, condiments, ...) disponibles et fortement appréciés pour cette location. Dung a été très communicant, serviable et très réactif. This was the perfect place for our family to stay, plus a couple of guests, for the week of our daughter's wedding. It is close to everything, including a library with a children's section and several parks with playground equipment. Though neighborhood parking is difficult, the host provided extra parking passes for a local parking garage, which was a great help! We had a baby with us, but had forgotten to ask about a pack'n'play until the evening we checked in. By the time I had contacted the host, I really didn't expect a response until the next day, but several hours later, a pack'n'play was at the front door. Amazingly fast response! The house technically sleeps 14, but some of those sleeping arrangements are for four in bunkbeds in a small room, so could be a bit cramped depending on who the 14 guests are. It was, however, perfect for 10 people and my son even had a private place to work from.

We had a great week vacation in Apollo Beach, the house was just as described and our kids loved the pool. Rigoberto was very accommodating and even purchased a life jacket for my younger son to use while we were visiting. Our kids loved having the pool toys to use that were on the screened porch by the pool. The house was fantastically kept and made for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Angel’s home as we were near many locations we were looking g to visit. The home was spacious and clean for our family of 4 and had many amenities. Would stay here again.

Stars – Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing experience staying at this property! The place itself is exactly as described—beautifully renovated, very clean, and located in a super convenient area close to everything. Instantly we felt at home and the level detail and attention the host put into the place is top notch. The host was fantastic: extremely helpful, quick to respond, and made the whole process very easy. The only minor challenges were that parking directly in front of the property is a bit tight—so if you’re renting a car, I’d definitely recommend choosing a sedan over a larger vehicle. Also, finding the entryway can be a little tricky since it’s located behind an alleyway. However, the host provided detailed instructions with photos, which made it much easier to navigate once we reviewed them. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb and would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Can’t beat the location (extremely walkable to local restaurants, the pier, etc.). Place itself was super nice, extremely clean, newly renovated, and the hosts were extremely responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

Dirk and Erika were extremely communicative. The place was exactly as advertised, and they did everything they could to make us feel welcome in their home. We loved the location, and the front porch of the bungalow unit was very peaceful to have coffee each morning. Great experience overall.

The unit was exactly as described. We liked the close proximity to the beach and to restaurants. Having a pool to use was an added bonus too.

Charming, spacious, loft-style apartment in multi-use building. Private entrance via staircase from parking lot, with outdoor table and chairs at the top. Building and parking lot are somewhat active during the day but very quiet in the evenings. Enjoyed my stay, expectations were exceeded, and I recommend this place to others.

Had a great stay! The home is very clean and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The location is perfect—just 4.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach and about an 18-minute drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

This was a perfect location for a two family vacation and college tour to University of Tampa. We were under 10 minutes to everything. Also, a nice ride to St Pete. We will be back.

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!

As always Siesta Key is a paradise! Villa 7 at Crescent Arms is the perfect spot, close to beach and convenient parking. Unit was clean and spacious. Despite SK being in repair/rehab mode everywhere you look, Villa 7 was one of the few ground level units 100% functional. We love Siesta Key and will be back!

VERY spacious. Great entrance with chairs so easily put on and off shoes which was requested. Bathrooms very clean. Master bedroom very spacious. Very nicely stocked for us to enjoy coffee and some snacks the next morning. Close to our extended family near Botanic garden. We were comfortable, beds were nice. Quiet street. Did not end up walking anywhere but close to a great and popular pickleball public park. For the few questions we did have, owners were incredibly friendly and responded quickly. Unusual layout with stairs into different parts of the house. Kitchen sort of off to the side in a nook but we were there for extended family events so not really an issue.

we stayed at the salty lime villa for a wedding and were so impressed not only by theresa’s (the host) proactiveness with communicating but her thoughtfulness with the villa! inside, she had a personalized message for us as well as snacks, coffee staples, and really anything you could think of that you’d need to feel at home! the property itself is peaceful and a great representation of florida. we’re florida natives so we felt immediately at home in the backyard! the property has a lovely communal space (pool, hammock) as well as a ton of bikes, fishing poles, beach gear and other activity necessities. we told theresa that next time, we’re renting out all the villas to share the space with family and friends - so if you have a larger group, plan ahead and rent them all! also, it should be noted the villa was pristinely clean which is obviously a must with any home. theresa and her family put so much thought and energy into their property and for that we are so grateful.
