Great apartment, very nice hostess, great connection by public transport to Vienna city center, great location also for bike rides along the Danube Island or to the city (world class cycling routes!). We felt very comfortable! 😊

I faced a minor issue with a door code during check-in, but the host immediately fixed the issue. Everything was clean and comfortable; I didn't have any issues with the apartment itself. The location is good as well, there's an underground nearby, and you can easily get to the city center in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to you if you're planning to visit Vienna!

Very clean and nice place in a calm neighborhood. The subway is relatively close so you are well connected to the rest of the city. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped so you can feel like at home. Stelian is a nice and reactive host. I recommend this place.

Very spacious apartment on 3 floors in a good location. Mezzanin-Floor entrance, (small) elevator available. Very large, modern bathroom with bathtubs and extra shower upstairs, 2 toilets, plenty of space. Wide beds (1.6 or 1.8m) with good mattresses. Well heatable except for the lower bathroom. The kitchen upstairs is very bright and cozy with great fridge and roof terrace. Only the view is not great: you only look at house walls. Point 7:00h every business day, craftsmen started quite noisy with renovation work downstairs in the house. I think these should be completed by June 2025 at the latest. Communication with the host was very friendly and straightforward. Overall highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, cozy and very aesthetic at the same time, located above the rooftops 🪐💫of Vienna, and also in a lively pleasant neighborhood, and the adjacent neighborhoods are also magnificent and the public transport is very close. Highly recommended! And yet in the attic it was incredibly quiet pure 🌙relaxation in the marble top floor, with all the loving details, so Marble Attic meets it exactly! We felt at home, the place was perfect for us and we felt very comfortable and safe. Hanna is an incredibly attentive host and took great care of us, everything was perfectly prepared. The apartment is very clean and we would come back anytime. All we missed is a noodle strainer😃

Great apartment , near the park, gym and playground is available for the residents. Close to a center of Vienna and Belveder!

The place is great and as described. We had a lovely stay. If you're planning to go to Vienna often, it can be tiring because it's far and the train system can be confusing for non german speakers. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet if you're looking to get away from city.

Benny showed us the apartment and the surroundings with a lot of Viennese charm. We were immediately welcome. The apartment is sensationally located (close to metro and Danube beach with lots of bars and restaurants). The apartment is spacious, clean, cozy and what we appreciated very much during our stay (outside temperature between 30 and 35 degrees): It has air conditioning. If we are in Vienna again, we will be happy to book this apartment again.

We visited Vienna and MIKE'S APPARTMENT in april 2024. Mike was very helpful and accurate with his directions and also flexible with the check-in time, which took place automatically through distance auto-lock device, without meeting the host, late at night.The place was really clean and very easy to reach by public transport. We stayed for a couple of nights and the place choice was fantastic, right outside bus and train station and very close to city center, a 10 minute bus ride.Also, across the street thereis a supermarket and a bakery, in the corner of a square with playgrounds for relaxing morning moments. The only thing i would mention is that for a five- member family the one and only bathroom was not very convenient, though it was very spacious and clean.

I’m blown away by Vic’s hospitality and the huge effort she made to make my son and his friend have a great stay!! Communication up to was great, and made me feel at ease for them boys traveling alone:) Vic drove them and picked them up at the festival venue, and she baked for them!! I’m so excited about everything, that I think I need to go myself!! Thank you so much, Vic, for being an absolute perfect host!!

Fantastic and very stylish place with great amenities, ideal for a relaxed time in a nice village close to Vienna

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

This house had a real WOW factor, it had everything you could need and want clean, comfortable, location and most of all fantastic hosts, very friendly and nothing was to much bother if we had questions. We can’t praise it enough

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

Macy's house was just amazing. I was on a work trip with two colleagues, attending a conference at Kaisermühlen/VIC. There were three separate bedrooms, one in the basement, one on ground floor, and one upstairs. Two fully equipped bathrooms. Lots of space, clean place. It took just a bit more than half an hour to reach our conference venue. Vienna city ticket for public transport is valid all the way to Gerasdorf, which is not part of the city of Vienna. Bus 510 connects to Leopoldau, the terminal station of line U1. Macy was welcoming us in the house when we arrived and was really flexible with our last minute change of arrival time. Everything worked really smoothly. A warm recommendation!

Villa rose is a great place good location for us local train station or would recommend a car good local supermarkets. The villa was spotless and just as the photos nice place
