Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Karen’s property in Jois. The house was cozy, well-prepared, and perfect for our family of five. Karen went above and beyond by setting up a Christmas tree, making our holiday even more special. Communication was seamless, and Karen was always available to assist, whether it was with the washing machine or any other questions we had. The location was peaceful, and everything ran smoothly during our stay. Thank you, Karen, for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time and highly recommend your property!

Ein wunderbarer Ort für - vor allem für Kurzentschlossene: Super schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt, eine Stunde nach der Buchung konnte ich einchecken, es wurde alles persönlich erklärt - ich hab noch 2 Decken bekommen 😊 - Die Sauna war an dem kalten Abend das Highlight. Und obwohl ich für das Frühstück eigentlich zu spät war, bekam ich noch einen Espresso. Absolut empfehlenswert und SEHR GERNE WIEDER! Danke!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti. L’appartamento ha di gran lunga superato le aspettative, locali molto belli e forniti di tutto il necessario. Il posto auto era sempre disponibile. In tutti i locali la pulizia era impeccabile. Inoltre, Angela è stata molto disponibile e cordiale! Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Mariana's place was pretty, cozy and super clean. Located in the quiet Hietzing district, 15 minutes to the Schonbrunn palace and approx. 25 minutes to the city centre by car. Getting around was easy both by car and bus/tram. In the house, there was everything one could wish for. We loved the bedlinen. Thank you Mariana!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig, aber dennoch sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden, sodass man schnell ins Zentrum und zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangt. Die Wohnung selbst war in einem makellosen Zustand: absolut sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht – von der Küche bis zu kleinen Alltagshelfern war an alles gedacht. Der Kontakt zu Eveline war besonders angenehm. Sie war nicht nur sehr freundlich und herzlich, sondern hat uns auch mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für Unternehmungen und die Nutzung der Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel versorgt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich super. Sie hat alles, was man so braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man hat sehr viele Verstaumöglichkeiten und die Wohnung ist größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Die Lage ist auch super und man hat gute Anbindungen mit Bus und Bahn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder :)

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

We really enjoyed staying here a few days while we recovered from our long flight! Christina is a delightful, warm and kind host who was so thoughtful in accommodating our young toddler. The entire place was extremely clean and the kitchen was equipped with basics like pasta, salt, herbs, coffee etc which made things so easy. Thanks Christina!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze woning in Wenen. De locatie is echt uniek – je bevindt je op een plek waar het prachtige Wenen en de rustgevende natuur samenkomen. De omgeving is rustig en groen, wat zorgt voor een ontspannen sfeer, terwijl het centrum van de stad toch goed bereikbaar is. De ruimte in en om de woning geeft een heerlijk gevoel van vrijheid. Ideaal voor wie even aan de drukte wil ontsnappen zonder de stad helemaal achter zich te laten. Een aanrader!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist zauberhaft mit sehr guter Lage zum Stadtzentrum und dem wunderschönen Parkt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top gepflegt und äußerst sauber. Karl ist ein sehr, sehr netter Gastgeber, immer zu erreichen und hilfsbereit mit guten Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen und werden sie erneut buchen! Vielen Dank!!

It was a great stay! All amenities are as described. We even left something there and the host was very helpful with it. It’s just ashamed we came during wet days so kids cant really play around those lovely garden outside! All aside, 5 star!

Alles wie beschrieben, eine super Location um nach Wien oder ins Umland zu kommen, um dort was zu unternehmen.

To begin with, I want to express how wonderful Helga and her husband are as hosts. Communication with them was excellent. The house itself is truly unique, instantly making you feel welcomed and at ease. The garden is like something out of a dream while hearing the birds singing in the morning while the city of Vienna awakes. The house has a wonderful character and energy that you can only experience here. And yes, as an artist... this cute house with a garden has been truly inspirational.

Casa molto bella e spaziosa, più grande di quanto si capisca dalle foto: in sette persone, più un cane, siamo stati comodissimi. Camere da letto comode e molto ben separate l'una dall'altra, in diversi piani. Casa molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente; c'è tutto quanto occorre, anche nel giardino con barbecue e comode sdraio. Ci è stata fornita una meravigliosa quantità di viveri: caffè, the, tisane, miele, olio, pasta, etc.; ma anche mele, latte, uova, cioccolatini, birra; abbiamo fatto un risotto con gli spinaci raccolti nell'orto. Macy è stata molto gentile, disponibile e reattiva, ha aspettato che arrivassimo in auto da Milano senza farci nessuna fretta, all'arrivo ci ha spiegato tutto nei dettagli. Il quartiere è residenziale, elegante, tranquillo. La casa è molto vicino alla principale metropolitana che attraversa il centro di Vienna, raggiungibile in pochi minuti in autobus o con l'automobile: un parcheggio multipiano ha sempre posti disponibili. Una casa molto consigliata!

Das Haus von Klaus ist sehr zu empfehlen für einen längeren Wien-Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem nur ca 10 km von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Mit Bus und Bahn oder mit dem Auto ist man in 30 min in der Innenstadt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Es bietet drei Schlafzimmer und somit genug Platz für 6 Personen. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, in die ich gerne mal wieder zurückkehre.
