Check in and out was super organized and you were very flexible. André explained and explained everything in great detail. Great communication! The apartment is very small as described but has everything you need (kitchen utensils, hair dryer, shower gel/shampoo, etc.). We felt very comfortable. The location is very central and the subway station is quickly accessible by foot. The connection to the airport also works great! We would come back anytime!

In Karola’s apartment you feel to be part of the village/town centre from the very first minute. It is on the mainroad but we did not hear any traffic!

The days in the "hairdressing room" were perfect for us. Whether downtown, Naschmarkt, Westbahnhof, Wiener Stadthalle or Raimund Theater - we could walk to everything. The place is a quiet, private and very well maintained oasis in the middle of the city and host Andre is super reliable, fast and productive in communication. We will definitely recommend the Grey Art Loft.

Apt is very nice and clean, Alexander is responsive and help at any time very quickly with any question. the location is a bit far from city center in my opinion, we were with 3 kids and had to take train in order to visit main attraction (which is ok).

Great apartment, great location. 1 minute from a station, only a few stops to centre of Vienna. Apartment was spacious and balcony was a bonus.

Martin's place was a great option! I've been to Vienna for a few times, and I've been enchanted by this place. The perfect destination, beautifully designed interior even for four adults. Schönbrunn in walking distance, downtown within half an hour by metro. Host was nice, instructions were clear. I will come again next time! (Vienna waits for you)

Loved the apartment. Check in was easy to do,the location was very close to the city centre and the apartment has loads of space making you feel right at home. Will definitely return here.

We loved our stay! Everything was perfect :)

Quiet, nice part of town, convenient, clean and lovely. The rooftop terrace was outstanding. The view is marvelous, the churches are lit at night and we also had a rainbow after a light rain that we were able to photograph behind the churches. Everything was great. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment but that was clear to us before we booked it, and the stairs were worth it for that terrace. Birgit met us at the unit, gave some area information and was readily available to help if we needed it, but we didn't.
