Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Apartment in Hain, the gateway to the Spessart

The vacation apartment is located in the attic of my house in Hain im Spessart. The house itself is built on a slope, so the front door can be reached via 30 steps. In the house itself, it is then another 15 steps up. The number of guests is limited to 5. If more guests would like to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible that more guests will come. A double air bed can still be set up.
