The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

The apartment Ukena is a maisonette apartment with a direct lake view, terrace, open living and dining area with sofa, armchairs, gas fireplace, smart TV, sound bar and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a double bedroom (box spring bed) and twin bedroom. The inside bathroom has a rain shower and two sinks. There are two separate toilets in the apartment.

Surrounded by paths with old trees, a farm garden, as well as a meadow orchard, the 15000 m² farm complex is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.

The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. An excursion to Jever 12 km or to Dangast by bike through the beautiful countryside. Close by is the beautiful Sande swimming lake or the Gödens moated castle. On the Ems-Jade Canal is a paddle and pedal station. Various restaurants and supermarkets are 3 km away.
