It has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and one bathroom. Living room has a full pull out bed from the sleeper couch. There is laundry room with washer and dryer that is shared with 2nd floor tenant. Parking is on the street. Discount for long term stay. Absolutely no smoking inside or anywhere outside.
