On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a stream. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Beautiful walks can start right outside the front door & from the balcony from the 1st floor there is a magnificent view of the countryside. The house is located on a quiet one-way street near the city and water as well as close to the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular southern beach with various good restaurants and bars. You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). Dear vacationers, I rent a lovingly furnished 50 square meter apartment for up to 2 adults + 2 children + 1 -2 dogs in a romantic Wurten village on the North Sea. Our village is a small round village with 15 houses and is nestled between meadows and fields. Your dog is also a welcome guest and has enough space to let off steam. The garden belonging to the apartment is completely fenced.
