The bedroom has a 160x200 large double bed. In the living room there is also a 90x190 bed next to the sofa. There are some cozy seating areas in the courtyard. The historic city centre, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. There is a parking space for your car in the yard.

Stay in the top floor of a historic brick house in the heart of Eissen, completely renovated in 2021. The village's former girls' school was then used as a blacksmith and locksmith's shop for years. Feel the rustic flair even now, because the workshop on the ground floor is still active at times. Can be accessed separately via an external staircase, you can reach the spaciously designed apartment with an open concept. The living space is about 80 meters away.

You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located apartment. The small but stylish and fully equipped non-smoking apartment is located in the center of our village of around 1800 inhabitants. The apartment is at ground level and largely barrier-free. Right next door is a grocery store and several snacks. A baker, butcher, hairdresser, florist, pharmacy, ATM and dentist are also within walking distance. Smoking is allowed outside the door.

Die Wohnung bietet Ihnen einen Rückzugsort mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre, eigenem Bad, eingerichteter Küche und TV, sowie einen großzügigen Schlaf/Wohnbereich. They wake up in the morning and have a coffee at the Mühlenbach or on cool days in front of the fireproof fireplace. The mill with its ponds and surrounding nature invites you to stop. Hiking and biking trails start right at the entrance to the mill. Being faster in the countryside is hardly possible!
