Vacation rentals with breakfast in Williamson County

Very clean, quiet, plenty if space, loved the kitchen. Pet friendly. Free brekki was 100% worth! Cute pond to walk around. Easy check out, security deposit hold realeased within 24 hours. Located like 20 min from airport so it made catching our flight so much less stressful!

This spot is a hidden gem. Especially if you’re traveling through Nashville. I actually live in town and am waiting into my new house - the rooms are as nice as a hilton and the staff is great. The room is very clean, secure entry, lots of food across the street. I’m kind of surprised the price isn’t more than even midtown, given the location.

This home is gorgeous and was perfectly situated for our stay in Franklin. We felt very comfortable and safe while we were here. It’s location was perfect and gave us easy access to the areas of interest for our visit to Franklin and Brentwood. It’s a quiet neighborhood and away from the hectic noise and traffic chaos of Nashville. The home has a lovely open design in the kitchen and dining room, that is also open to a grand cinema room. The furnishings are comfortable (including the beds) and the generosity of The hosts went above and beyond - including a fresh box of beautifully decorated Easter cookies and a hand written welcome note on a hanging chalkboard by the door. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions I had during the entire process, including reservation, check-in, our stay and even check-out. I highly recommend this home without hesitation for anyone visiting this area.

This place is nice, new, clean & comfortable! It is an apartment in a large complex. The bed was comfortable. Sapphire left nice snacks & a variety of k-cups. We had difficulty opening lock box to get in place. Another issue we tried to go to pool & were told the owner had to accompany us! That was a disappointment as it was hot with rain predicted later & that was going to be our entertainment for the day! Overall it was a good stay!

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

Simply wonderful stay at Joanie’s! Her home is so lovely — so nicely appointed; spacious; well-stocked; welcoming; private. The beds/linens were top-notch; kitchen — everything you needed; expansive family room with great tv. … and Joanie was so responsive and friendly —- so gracious to share her well-loved home.
