Our vacation apartment THE APARTMENT Without Benedikt Kappenstein, Hof Erlenbruch would not exist in its current form. The guest room in the old haystack was awakened from its slumber and, after more than a year of renovation, was transformed by hand into a vacation home/apartment. The character of the old haystack was partially retained. Thus a piece of luxury was created in the Wildenburger Land on Hof Erlenbruch away from the urban hustle and bustle. The only people who live on Hof Erlenbruch are Benedikt Kappenstein, who manages the farm, his life partner Michael Noiron and their son. There are no cars around the farm and no traffic noise, as the access road ends in the courtyard. There is no Internet connection, as this cannot be provided by the providers and even cell phone reception is not possible on every corner. There is no everyday stress and no noise here. Here you only hear the rustling and cracking of the trees when the wind blows and the occasional howling of a fox. Here you can determine your daily rhythm in harmony with nature. Simply let yourself be carried away into the boundless forest landscapes of mountain and valley of the Wildenburger Land and discover our historic landscapes. Enjoy the tranquility and comfort of our apartment, which invites you to relax. The nearest neighbors are about 800 meters away, here you will experience pure secluded idyll! And if you should be drawn to more populated areas, you can cycle directly out of the courtyard exit and reach the nearest main road after just 2.6 km. A unique mixture of rustic farm and classics in a modern style await our guests in our newly designed apartment. An impressive mix with stylish interiors, modern design and traditional materials, which Benedikt Kappenstein and Michael Noiron have adapted to the style. A copper-colored bathtub next to the Jailhouse Bed by Noodles Noodles on the gallery, cozy wooden elements, fireplace and a completely new interior ensure the perfect feel-good atmosphere. Through the large windows you have a view of the surrounding landscape and our alpacas. The bathroom was also completely renovated in 2017 and remains true to the style of the apartment with a mixture of classics and wooden elements. A small kitchenette allows you to cater for yourself if you do not want to visit one of the culinary restaurants in the area. BOOKING You have the option to book the apartment for two or a maximum of four people. On the gallery there is a bed for two people. Below is the distinctive Moule sofa, with a transformation comfort with rotating seats and flexible backrests, which can not only be used as a seat and relaxation furniture, but can also be transformed into a comfortable double bed in a few simple steps.

Apartment in the city of Siegen

The apartment has a spacious layout and, with 135 m² of living space, offers stylish accommodation. You can play table tennis in the living room. The shopping centre, bus station and train station are a convenient 5-minute walk away. Bakery with breakfast in 2 minutes on foot. You can reach the old town of Siegen in about 10 minutes by car. Parking on street outside of house. Free of charge and with no time limit. Completely relaxed there at the end of a cul-de-sac. Ground floor. There are 3 steps to the front door. Otherwise, it is accessible.

Located in a quiet residential area, right on the Rothaarsteig, you can start hiking and cycling tours directly. The apartment has one bedroom, a guest room for two additional guests, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a guest toilet with a shower, a living/dining room (with a wood-burning stove), and a southwest-facing balcony. You can barbecue and enjoy the sun on the large southeast terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

The MiniApartment "CASACOBI 1" is located in Wilnsdorfer OT- Rudersdorf, on the southern slope with views of the countryside. Hikes, walks, bike rides (Rothaarsteig) can be started directly from the apartment. Other beautiful excursion destinations can be reached by car (e.g. A45), train (train station in town) or bus in a short time. You get everything for your daily needs on site and is within walking distance.

Surrounded by idyllic, green surroundings, we welcome you. If you just want to get away from it all or plan active holidays with hikes / bike rides in Siegerland and Rothaarsteig, you are in the right place. The holiday apartment is located directly in the forest and with hiking trails, lakes and rivers a lot of variety is offered. Restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets can be reached in 3 minutes. It is a 12-minute drive to the highway and the center of the university city of Siegen.

The place offers plenty of room for the whole family. Located directly on the Rothaarsteig, you can make wonderful excursions on foot or by bike. If you want to go for a short walk in the evening, the nearby Tretbecken invites you to linger. The house, located on the outskirts of Hilchenbach-Grund, is surrounded by meadows and forests. In the immediate vicinity is a small horse stable. There is a ski slope and a toboggan run in the neighboring village.

Furnished temporary living

This stylish property is perfect for group trips. The apartment can be rented weekly or monthly, as a transitional apartment or to fitters/workers on a temporary basis (at least 2 nights). There are beautiful starting points that invite you to hike such as the Rothaarsteig in the Buchhellertal. Bus stops are within walking distance.
