House vacation rentals in Wilson County

It was a nice peaceful getaway for my wife and I. House was easy to find, and was easy to get into via the door code. Everything looked and smelled clean. All amenities were easily accessible as called out by the host. We’ll definitely staying again!

Given the amenities, it was worth the price paid for three bedrooms and the pool. I might expect a lower rate in the off season if the rental was available. The hot tubs need some maintenace/adjustments to be fully functional--both the large one and small one. Otherwise, a great stay with a smart house and a great entertainment room for watching movies!

Summer is great. Unbeknownst to the owner though, cleaners did NOT clean in a LONG time. Dog urine on a window seat I had to scrub-filth inside and outside made for a terrible surprise for my sis’s bday. Though lake/pool are serene and pretty. Sis is an angel- With proper TLC this would be a great stay! Also- 2nd bathroom is only accessible from outside w/no sealed door - there is no living room, no couch or comfy chair anywhere outdoors or indoors. ThThe pool and canoeing were awesome- our positive attitudes helped us stay. We could not book a different place while waiting for our 50% refund after traveling already. Was offered 100% refund if we left after being there for 2 hours. So, we stayed cleaned a lot/sweated instead of relaxing enough, washed our dirty feet when walked inside w/no shoes. Cleaned dishes with scum and bugs- cleaned candy out of beds. No bed bugs though! Used own pillows and throws. No curtains on many windows- good luck sleeping past sunrise/blinding boat lights

Raychel was an excellent host and very responsive, there was an issue with the lock on the front door that was fixed by the next morning without prompting. We also requested a late checkout which Raychel quickly and generously accommodated (thank you!). The place itself is very nice and spacious, offering lots to do and plenty of space to hang out. The outdoor space is nice for a fire, yard games, and a hot tub. This location is just over 30 minutes away from downtown Nashville, and very close to the river. The neighborhood itself is very quiet, we also saw many deer just hanging around, adding to the peacefulness.

I think this was the nicest place I have stayed at yet. Great bathtub for a tall person! all amenities were above and beyond. Thanks so much for such a wonderful retreat!

This was a great place to stay for our family while in Tennessee for our nephews wedding. The wedding was at the state fairgrounds and everything was close.

Stephanie was very communicative and made sure that we were informed and had everything we needed. The Airbnb was in a nice quiet location, but still close enough driving wise to get to other places. It was comfortable and spacious, and it had everything we needed to relax and to make meals.

Will definitely come back here. Great location and host was always checking in. A great place to bring grandkid.

We were 10 members of one family in town for the wedding of my granddaughter and our family Christmas since we were all together for such a happy occasion. The house was perfect for us. It was indeed spacious and we used every inch. There were a couple of housekeeping issues to start with, but Erin and Andrew acted immediately to get the problems resolved. I can't compliment them enough on their attention to our concerns and their determination to make our stay perfect. We all loved the home - the beds were VERY comfortable - the layout worked well for us. My 5 year old granddaughter did not want to leave. I hardily leave a 5-STAR rating and look forward to staying here again.

Enjoyed a beautiful, peaceful weekend at the water. The living space was comfortable. Lots of room downstairs to play. Easy to get to. Mostly we loved enjoying coffee while we enjoyed the view from the sofa. The kitchen was well stacked we were able to make all our meals at the Airbnb. The beds were comfortable.

This was a wonderful staycation! Everything was clean and perfect! I cannot wait to come back!

Forest is an excellent host and his home felt comfortable, clean, organized and well stocked with more than we could’ve expected. It’s very family friendly with a safety gate and a baby swing on the deck, miscellaneous safety items in place for the baby and a trampoline the kids loved. Whether traveling with kids or just adults this is the perfect location and home to rent. Thank you Forest for everything! We’ll be back!

Jill and Janice were very responsive to any communication. The house still had Christmas decor up and it was so beautiful. Our group had 3 couples, and 2 solos and we had plenty of room. Although our trip was cut short due to weather, it was so nice to come "home" each night. We would love to stay again if/when we are in the Nashville area.

This was a Christmas getaway and it was a pleasant surprise that the house was decorated for Christmas!! We loved it. Plenty of room for our growing family and close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville.

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in!! They supplied ALL necessary amenities and way more!! They truly made it feel like home! We hosted a family thanksgiving there and it was a very large, open space with plenty of seating for everyone. They had plenty of kitchen items for cooking meals, plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. They even had extras like snacks, drinks and coffee for us! The effort they put into making it comfortable is unbelievable! Very comfortably slept 4 adults (we each had our own bed)…and could easily sleep 10 or more. So many extras like a game room and fire pit. You feel like you are in the country…but you are actually 5 minutes from all kinds of stores and restaurants. Was so convenient! We will 100% stay here again!!

Fun Nashville feel. Themed rooms. Cozy beds. Comfortable seating areas. Great communication. Lots of nice touches. Highly recommend.
