Great host! Like I said pictures were a little vague, they did offer to repaint, but my wife didn’t wanna go through smelling repainting. They did give us rebates for that. All in all I would rent from him again.

My husband and enjoyed our stay! We loved having 2 restaurants just steps away. We also loved the tiki bar! We would definitely stay here again!

Wallace was great in his responsiveness. The apartment was very clean and easy to be in the back patio area was a nice place to relax.

The place was beautiful and in a great location! Everything was walkable and so much to do! And the unit and pool looked just like the pictures. We had a wonderful time!

great location, apartment was exactly as pictured, everything that we needed was provided. everyone was so friendly and welcoming. loved the short walk to the beach and beach chairs provided. Kevin was good to work with. I think the only drawback, and this is something no one has control over, sitting around the pool was very noisy since it's on a busy street. that can't be helped. would definitely recommend!

I would give this house a million stars if I could. Not only was Nikki super accommodating and responsive, but she truly cared about us enjoying our time. She routinely checked in to make sure we were having fun and answered our questions within minutes. We stayed here for a bachelorette with 12 girls, and everyone could not stop talking about how amazing the house was. This was the best AirBnb (and host) that I’ve ever had. We especially enjoyed the beautiful backyard, and the bride’s favorite part of the trip were our slow mornings outside by the pool. The house couldn’t have been more perfect, and anyone looking at this house should 10000% book it. We will definitely be back!!!

5/5 stars for cleanliness inside the house! There was more than enough space for our family of 5. The hosts were responsive to questions and gave clear instructions. The only thing keeping it from a full 5 star review, is the location. There is a Walgreens on a busy road across the street. Traffic and sirens are noisy.

Great house, newly remodeled with private pool. My wife was in the pool every day during our stay. Nicely furnished with nice screened porch as well.

Anton’s place was just as listed! He was great with communication and very helpful. I loved the all in one washer/ dryer. During my stay I accidentally knocked a coffee cup to the floor and alerted Anton who was very understanding in the situation. Will totally be returning!!

Had a great stay visiting our daughter at NSU, home was as advertised. The pool area was excellent. Very close to the school beachs and the casino. Hope to return for graduation next spring.

Tom was responsive to my questions and was a great host. This a timeshare resort people have been coming back to for years. Everyone is friendly. Great view on terrace seats 4. Tiki bar good food drinks next to heated pool and jacuzzi Full kitchen everything worked. Ride circuit free electric car service to get to nearby places. Entrance to room from outside you can see sunrise inside from terrace the sunset at front door. Everything I was looking for.

The best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Dmitri was always very quick to respond when I was booking. And once I made the reservation, he helped me with everything and was always very attentive. He personally welcomed me to the apartment and showed me around. The apartment is wonderful. The location is great—close to the beach, the best shops, and supermarkets. The stay was simply flawless. I’m just grateful to Dmitri. Don’t hesitate. If you see this apartment available, book it right away—it’s hard to find a better place, especially if you’re traveling with your family like I was.

We enjoyed our stay in Hollywood Beach. The place was beautiful and the ocean views were awesome. Marcelo was responsive and answered all our questions. There were 3 women staying alone but the building was very secure and we always felt safe. Close to everything. We caught an Uber the entire stay if we wanted to leave and it worked perfect. I would definitely book again.

I had an amazing stay at Lucy’s place in Aventura, FL! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Lucy was a fantastic host, always responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. The unit and management of Beach vibes are top notch. We were a family of 4, Everything from booking to check out was easy-peasy. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

We had four people for spring break and the 2 bed/2 bath was perfect for us. It was about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach and they provided a cart, beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach is relatively quiet, is lined with high end condo buildings, and is family friendly. There were some very good restaurants in the neighborhood, a couple of coffee shops and a grocery. All within walking distance. We used the screened in porch every morning to eat breakfast and to play cards in the evening. The kitchen is a little small but adequate to make breakfast and lunch. Well equipped. We had an issue with the refrigerator and response was a little slow, but I chalk that up to it being a Sunday. We had to buy ice to keep our food cold until a small temporary refrigerator came Monday, which was not ideal. They ended up bringing a new frig on Tuesday. The gentleman that handled it was very apologetic and did his best not to inconvenience us. No other problems and I would stay there again.

Rossana’s condo was a great getaway spot! We love the Tides and this was the first time staying in this condo. Rossana was an excellent host and very accommodating and responsive. The only thing we didn’t know upon arrival was this condo faces the street rather than the ocean/pool. Wonderful stay!
