The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

Dog-friendly home. ENTIRE HOUSE: If you'd like to book the entire house, no problem. Only possible with a booking of 9 or more guests. CORONA UPDATE: To limit risks of transmission, I have moved to an apartment in the cellar. The kitchen and dining/living rooms may be used at any time. These former "communal areas" are now private during your stay - just for you. 4 bedrooms (each sleeps up to 3 people, more if you don't mind being a bit squeezed) and 2 full baths.

A special highlight: our 12 alpacas (400 m) and our whiskey tent (50 m) from your accommodation.

The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
