Trewent Cottage - A country retreat

Trewent Cottage is a cozy 1 bedroom cottage in Smith Brook, centrally located between Manjimup and Pemberton in the heart of the southern forests. The rustic cottage is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the fresh country air, abundant birdlife and to explore the many sights of the region. Within easy reach are national parks, coastal and forest lookouts, walking and cycling trails, wineries, breweries and local produce. Please note there is no wifi access & only limited mobile reception.

Glauders Cottage

Unique, colonial accommodation, surrounded by Pemberton’s Karri Forest. Glauder's Cottage, just 10 minutes from Pemberton, is the original settlers cottage built by the Glauder family in the early 1900's. The farm is unique in the Pemberton district as it is totally surrounded on all sides by vast Karri forest with two trout filled rivers running through it. Everything you need to relax. The views are spectacular. If you find you have trouble relaxing, there’s even a private deck with a spa.

Karri Nature Retreat

Our place is a rustic older style house close to natural bush land and lake walks among the tall Karri and Jarrah forests. It is also close (20 min drive) to local wineries and popular tourist attractions of the South West region. Our large comfortable house is nestled in peaceful forest setting with easy access to numerous bush walks and wildlife. A perfect place to spend time in the quiet soothing forest setting. Good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (dogs).

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

We invite you to visit our lovely chalets Marri and Jarrah with views to the water and forest. Outside includes table & chairs, BBQ, 2 sun lounges. Comfortable kingsize bed, doona and throws. The uninterrupted ocean views are what make this the best place to stay at Windy Harbour. Relax and unwind in this front row cottage. Originally built as a shack in the 1950s it now has a few creature comforts like a gas heater, gas hot water and gas stove as the settlement has no mains power. A small solar system provides lights for the evening, also runs the TV/DVD, can also charge laptops and keeps the large 450Lt fridge/freezer nice and cold.
