A bus stop is 100 meters from the house, which serves the destinations Waiblingen, Fellbach and Esslingen. In addition to the beautiful countryside, you can also walk to all the necessary things.(Edeka, ALDI, pharmacies, etc.)

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang, ist komplett eingerichtet mit allem was Du brauchst und Du musst sie mit niemandem teilen.

Wir selbst verbringen lieber Zeit in AirBnBs, in denen wir nach Lust & Laune kochen können, als dass wir in Hotels abhängen wollen. Wenn man also für einen gewissen Zeitraum bei umliegenden Firmen (wie z.B. Kärcher, AMG, Stihl, Daimler, Bosch, Porsche, Höfliger…) arbeitet, ist unsere Wohnung vielleicht auch das Richtige für Dich?!

The apartment is absolutely unsuitable for children under 6 years of age. A few minutes' walk to the bus stop. The S-Bahn is a 20-minute walk or by bus. The trade fair/airport/Cannstatter Wasen/Mercedes Museum are easily accessible. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, fast food/restaurant and doctors available.

The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.
