Vacation rentals with a patio in Winona Lake

The place looks exactly like the photos - which is great. It’s comfortable and well decorated. The bed is comfortable, the fridge keeps things cold, everything operated as expected. There was always a parking space nearby for me. There’s a great coffee shop, Brewha, perfect for a pick up in the morning. The hosts are responsive and understanding. The location is superb. I don’t have anything negative to say and many more positive things I could add but I’m sure I just can’t think of them right now. Next time in town I hope I can stay there again!

Clean and cozy. Host was very responsive. Only issue was that I couldn’t find any garbage bags, so I couldn’t empty the garbages like I would have liked to. Beautiful tiny home and perfect location across the park with close access to forest trails.

We loved staying at Steve & Tammy’s while in town for the ND game. The place is so well thought out and everything you would want is there. We loved the welcome basket and all the other special touches. The decor was amazing and it was such a restful place to stay. We will be back to visit again in the future!

We had a great stay! The space was exceptionally clean and well organized.beautiful surroundings and wildlife. There's a great walk through the wooded area that has interesting surprises! Lynette is a terrific host. She responds to messages quickly and in a friendly manner, she is helpful and proactive in communicating. We highly recommend!!

Matthew was a polite and helpful host. He offered us a grill right off the bat, and then was really flexible about our possibly extending our stay. He followed up with us prior to our stay ending and wished us well. I really enjoyed the house itself. It was conveniently located to gas, fast food, and stores. Stayed here for a long family weekend. We all absolutely loved the space and how peaceful it was. Checking in and out was a breeze. The kids had plenty of space to play both inside and outside. Hosts were very responsible and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful farmhouse getaway.

So comfortable! We enjoyed the space to hangout and relax, either together in the living room and kitchen or quietly on our own. It was convenient for us to see family or being just a few minutes drive for shopping. Kitchen, laundry, WiFi, etc were all useful. Thank you Katlia for being super helpful and easy to work with that really enhanced our stay.

Jourdan’s place is simply amazing! Located in South Bend, it’s a perfect spot for anyone visiting the area. The house was spotless, well-equipped with everything listed, and looked exactly like the photos. There’s also a lovely outdoor seating area that makes it easy to relax and unwind. Jourdan is a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. The apartment is cozy and well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Even though we only live 45 minutes away from this location and we have been to this area multiple times, staying at this farmstead gave us a whole new perspective of the peaceful country life. We enjoyed seeing the goats and sheep in the pasture behind the house. The quiet at night here was so intense (in a good way) that you can feel it. And another reviewer said they counted 45 buggies going by. We now have a new record of 71 buggies going by the house just during our three day stay. Thehome was spacious, clean and comfortable with amenities that made it feel homey, but without feeling like you were intruding in someone else’s home. And I really appreciate the way that the host lets you rent the number of bedrooms you need so you don’t have to pay for extra bedrooms you don’t need. I wish more Airbnb hosts did the same because we usually end up paying for a place that sleeps way more people because we like the extra space of a whole house. I highly recommend this home.

A nice place to stay. We arrived late after a Notre Dame game and slept well. I enjoyed the mini split system in the living room where I slept comfortably on the fold out sofa. The sun room was pretty and the house was very clean.

Katie’s place was perfect for our trip to visit Notre Dame. It was clean and comfortable. Katie was super easy to deal with and answered all our questions quickly.
