Das in dem ländlich gelegene 1-Zimmer-Appartement in Dexheim, befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Fußläufig befinden sich mehrere Weingüter und Straußwirtschaften. 100m entfernt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. In ~4km Entfernung befinden sich die Weinstädte Nierstein & das sehenswerte Oppenheim, mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und S-Bahn Anbindung nach Mainz. Die Unterkunft ist besonders gut geeignet für Paare, Alleinreisende und Radwanderer (Räder trocken unterstellbar).

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

Comfortable apartment in the historic vineyard

The historic winery was built in 1864 and has been under renovation of buildings for several years. Since 2018 it is called "Grünwalder Hof". At the same time, we are also building the viticulture deducted from the previous owners step by step. In the meantime, all water, electric and gas supply has also been completely renewed and a low-temperature condensing heater has also been installed. Aldi and Rewe are removed around 170 and 260 meters, respectively.

Nierstein: At home among vineyards and the Rhine

"Nierstein is like vacation" say all guests who have visited this beautiful little town from other parts of Germany. Your room with a spacious bathroom, spacious hallway and the possibility to prepare breakfast is located on the outskirts of Nierstein, directly next to the vineyards overlooking the Rhine. The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.
