Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Das BLOXS Tiny House steht auf dem Betriebsgelände der Holzwerke Gleitsmann. Die Nachbarschaft hat daher einen industriellen Charakter. Das Sägewerk ist jedoch stillgelegt und außer Betrieb. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Holzabholmarkt, so dass es zu Lärmbelästigungen durch Verladungen/Kundengesprächen kommen kann.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Oberdürrbach is a district of Würzburg, is 100 m above the center and is surrounded by meadows and fields. We are happy to help with all kinds of information about Würzburg and the wonderful surroundings.
