Our villa is perfect for a family vacation with children. In winter, it is very close to the ski lifts (10 minutes to Nowa Osada, 5 minutes to Siglany), in summer, it is a 5-minute walk to the river and to the tennis courts. The house has a large sauna (4-6 people) and a year-round indoor pool overlooking the garden. The pool is heated and can also be used as a jacuzzi (water massage). The property can accommodate 5 cars. From the house it is very close to a new large supermarket (5 minutes on foot) very convenient for family shopping.

We offer a 160 sqm house with 4 double rooms with the possibility of an extra bed for children. Each of them overlooks a beautiful panorama of the mountains. In addition, the house has a large fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious living room from which we go straight to the observation deck and one bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet and a second toilet on the ground floor. Meals can be purchased at the nearby Podium Hotel, located a few meters from the house.

The cottage sleeps 10 people, in 3 double bedrooms, and one for four people in the attic. We have a “no parties” in our property.

We offer a living room with a corner sofa bed, connected to the kitchen, and two bedrooms with a balcony and two bathrooms (one with a shower, hair dryer and clothes dryer). We also provide towels.
